I recently had two (2) new Carrier Infinity modulating systems installed (furnaces and 5-stage condenser units). My experience from the sales cycle to the finished install was first rate. Mike P. came out the house on multiple occasions to size my units and speak with me about the features and the things they would be able to do to achieve better performance. Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to move some things around so I wouldn't have to go the weekend without A/C. Wes and Estefano did the downstairs unit and were professional, courteous and kept things nice and clean during and after the install. Rico and Jacques then did my upstairs unit which involved removing a condenser from my roof and then running new lines to relocate the new condenser to my ground floor so that it is easier to service in the long run. My old roof condenser was only accessible by going through a skylight, which made it challenging to service. Rico and Jacques removed my old unit on day 1 and installed the new unit on day 2. When I asked them if they would be able to finish the install on day 2 (Friday), they said they would get it done for me. True to their word, they stayed at my house until 11:30pm, putting in a 15 hour day to make it happen for us. They stuck around at that late hour to orient me to the system, answer my questions, and clean-up. I had a feeling Unique was a first rate company when I started speaking with Mike P. and this really proved it for me. My new Infinity units are fantastic. The outdoor condensers are silent and the indoor furnaces are silent as well. My temperatures have been regulating better and I am able to set my thermostats higher as a result of this enhanced efficiency and operation. I would definitely recommend Unique.
