Review content:
Very poor alterations work and nasty, personal, defensive customer service. Have never seen so many unsatisfied customers complaining at the counter. They did a poor job with my simple alteration of tapering and hemming a pair of pants. They protect themselves by demanding cash only instead of standing by alterations that make a customer happy. Have never needed to write a review like this before!
