The question was how could Steve Hanna improve? Well for one, he could double check when he's notarizing paperwork that he has the correct person and also actually have a witness as required by law so that they power of attorney paperwork is actually valid! Then, when his mistake is realized, he could take responsibility for his mistake and try to figure out a way for my 80 year old grandmother to remedy the situation quickly since it was his complete negligence that is causing her this stress in the first place. Instead, he said it wasn't his fault and blamed his secretary and said he doesn't deal with this STUFF. What a professional person. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Why do you want to pay Steve and then have to pay someone else to fix Steve's errors.
