I called First Choice when I got home and the house was cold. They were friendly and I felt like the lady who answered the call cared and wanted to help me. I couldn't believe it when Cody showed up in my driveway less than 20 minutes later. She did tell me I was lucky and a technician was just finishing up a call in my area. Cody was awesome. He was very professional, very neat, friendly, and I felt he was very honest and forthright. It turned out I had a pressure sensor that had water backed up to it. He spent about 45 minutes checking everything out and my furnace what back up and working. Here's the amazing thing ... No extra charges. My furnace was 15 years old and I never had someone look at it before. He recommended I have it cleaned. No pressure, just a "we recommend you consider doing maintenance, you might call the office in the morning to schedule it." I asked if he could do it now and he made sure I understood I would have to pay for it :) I did. He was there another hour plus. I can't believe a couple hours after I got home to a cold house I had a working furnace and I had the maintenance I avoided for 15 years done. I was so happy. Total cost was $220. WOW!!! If you use First Choice, I hope you get Cody. I'm sure that all their guys are great, but I can tell you Cody is. Thank you! (I never fill these things out, kinda like I avoided cleaning my furnace for 15 year but I'm so impressed I felt like others should know.) Pat
