I cannot say enough good things about Debbie Russell Aesthetics. I am going to give a brief description of my experience and highlight the things that made this an extremely enjoyable visit.
I went in knowing very little about botox and very nervous about it being a first time experience. The staff, including Debbie Russell, made sure that I was comfortable in an intimate setting that did not feel as if I was walking into a doctor's office. At this point they went over their products and my worry areas. I felt like I was treated as individual person while they explained how to correct the things I was concerned with. They were very thorough in explaining the difference between botox and dysport, so I was able to make an educated choice.
Doctor Owings then proceeded to administer the Dysport in an efficient manner with obvious expertise. She reaffirmed what was going to happen and how long it could take to see full results.
Upon finishing I was given a packet with aftercare instructions that were very easy to follow and answered any questions I could possibly have. Debbie Russell some with me after to follow up to see if I had any other concerns, which I did not considering the amazing customer service already given.
TWO WEEK UPDATE: Two weeks in and I see amazing results that are exactly what was described to me. All three areas that were concentrated on have softened to a natural, clean and youthful look that was exactly what I was looking for. I am completely pleased with my results and could not imagine another setting as calming and professional as Debbie Russell Aesthetics.
