Our Kinetico softener had recently stopped cycling (after 8 years of faithful service). I called Rabb, who had installed it for us in 2010, to see if they could send out a technician.
Mandell Stephens was that technician. It's nice to see that not only are Rabb products of top notch quality but so are their staff. Mandell had us up and operational, and with absolute certainty made sure that the issue had been resolved. I cannot recommend either Rabb Water or Mandell enough.
