Review content:
Car wouldn't start while we were out of town, so we were nowhere near our mechanic. Gentleman at the auto parts store suggested A to Z as ""excellent"" and after seeing the great reviews, called them up. They suggested a tow truck company for us who billed them (only 1 payment--handy!) and immediately came out to check the car, even though it was near closing and they were clearly busy. Explained everything he was doing while he worked and started with the easiest fixes first instead of going right for the $1000 repair like some places do!\r
Clean, friendly, knowledgable and honest. The easy fixes didn't work, so they kept it overnight. Car ended up needing a new starter and had some frayed wires that he replaced. Also replaced the battery at our request that was still ""passable"" but old and could fail anytime. So happy to have found a wonderful mechanic and not feel like I was being taken advantage of! Would absolutely recommend to other in the area!
