Called Drain Right on Saturday around 11:00 a.m. Service man was here by 1:15pm. Luis G. was very nice, friendly, and clean (uniform, etc.). He checked the problem and gave me an estimated price, which I agreed to. While working on the drains he came out a couple of times to explain to me what he was doing. He completed the job in less than an hour and suggested some more things that could be done, but I declined. Before presenting me with a bill, he stated that it would not be as much as he originally quoted. Of course, I was very pleased to find that out! I would give Luis and Drain Right a "10" based on my experience today!! The drains are running smoothly and normally. We will see after the 30 day guarantee is up. : ) KS
