They were stuck on another job, but were courteous enough to keep me informed regarding when they would arrive . Raphael was respectful, informative and honest regarding what might be needed to fix the problem. Sent a camera tech the next day. I was given his phone number so he could explain what was found to my son in law. We will be getting a second opinion so at this point the work to be done is in limbo, but I was very impressed regarding the demeanor of this company and it's employees.More to follow.
