So this review is rather late in coming, but when my A/C died they showed up within 2 hours of my first call, and A/C was back up and running not long after. They are one of the few ( maybe only?) companies in town that has 24 hr service. Instead of an hourly rate they do a $75 flat rate service call which I am MORE than willing to pay, especially given how fast they are AND I can call at 1 AM if I needed to. But the biggest plus about them is how committed they are to taking care of you, and making sure they leave you happy. This is the south, if your air goes out it's a big deal, so call these guys, they'll have you comfy again in NO TIME.
