My mother was a patient at Kindred hospital downtown and we have been pleased with her time here. Our case manager, Harolyn went above and beyond for my mom when it came to figuring out a discharge plan for her and for being a support system for me during this difficult time. I am so happy that she was our case manager as she provided us with so much support and information. She is a great case manager!
