Review content:
My husband was originally at Harris Southwest prior to coming to Kindred. Harris actually gave us a selection of hospitals to choose however we chose to do a tour at other hospitals before making our final selection. At the end we finally selected kindred. A gentleman by the name of Hector gave us a tour of the entire facility. He helped us to answer all the questions and concerns that we had prior to being admitted at Kindred. He was very helpful in providing information and any special requests or concerns that I might have. He definitely took his time in helping us. This is one of the main decision factors that encouraged us to go there.
To find out after the tour we also met up with my daughters classmate. So we felt even more comfortable to be there. So when we admitted, my husband was directly admitted to the ICU floor. The nurses and techs have been so helpful and attentive to our needs and especially my husband's. The care has been very Progressive and I have seen improvements in his development. Knowing my husband he is a fighter and will continue to fight until the end of time.
It's been a long journey and we still have a long ways to go period but we know that the care and service that has been provided has been terrific. My children are also very happy with the care that he has been receiving at the hospital. To conclude the entire therapy team has has done a lot to help in his recovery. Sometimes I wish he would just be a little bit more Cooperative with listening two people who really want to help him. And Hector who did the tour was also a helpful individual. And a special thanks to Crystal Foster for making our stay comfortable and most importantly the kindness that she has shown to my husband and the family.
