Unique Window Treatments knew the building they were installing my shades in so they were exact in their measurements and prompt about the installation. They were expensive but the products I got were very high quality. You get what you pay for so I was willing to close my eyes and do it. They ended up coming out two times because the first time they put up a set of shades that weren't room darkening, which was my fault, not theirs. I decided to have them replaced with shades that were room darkening, so they came again for that. It was a very straightforward process, which was a pleasure.
