Nothing but great things to say about these guys. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and a tech by the name of Mike showed up better than on time - he showed up early (and even called first to let us know he was on his way)! He was incredibly polite and made a point to explain exactly what was wrong with our furnace and what he needed to do to fix it. He was professional, honest, and straightforward and was had the part we needed and install it the same day. Really exceptional work. Definitely call Elm if you need this type of service.\r
