I had a new furnace / air conditioner installed in December 2010 and it was a wonderful experience with Elm Heating & Cooling. My service specialist, Bob H., is great! Bob H. is curtious, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. As a very concerned customer, Bob H. takes his time to explain and even show us any issues we have questions on. Bob H. is, and always will be, the one I request.\r

My sister was having problems with her old unit; because of the wonderful / knowledgeable experience I had with Elm Heating & Cooling I recommended them to her. She recently (May 2012) had a new air conditioning unit installed. I will definitely recommend / advise her to ask for Bob H. as her service specialist.\r

My recommendation, to anyone, is to contact Elm Heating & Cooling - their the best!\r
