My very large 30x64 basement was completely flooded up to my knees and would flood like this on and off for about three years. You could take a raft down there and paddle around. It was completely useless and creating mold. I called Everdry. They came in and installed a drainage channel along the perimeter on the outside and inside of my basement. They installed two sump pumps with backup batteries, two EZ-Breathe ventilation systems, and 1 humidifier that drains directly into the drainage channel. They also sealed and repaired cracks along the walls and floor. That was 8 years ago. 5 years ago, we finished the basement and turned the majority of it into a large family/game room that we use daily and sectioned off the rest for storage and a laundry room. There has not been a drop of water and/or moisture down there since Everdry came in and waterproofed it. No typical damp basement odor either. We did have 1 sump pump stop working. I called Everdry, they came out quickly and replaced it free of charge. The humidifier stopped working as well. They allowed us to go buy a similar on of our choice at Menards and reimbursed us the money. If you have water problems in your basement, I HIGHLY recommend Everdry. Not only do they do exceptional work but they are also there for you years after the work is completed. We do pay a yearly warranty of $45 which is a very good deal. I know if anything should happen, I can call them and they will be right there. If we would have never called Everdry, there is no way we would have invested the money into fixing up the basement. We have a 17, 14, and a 6 year old. The kids use it as a hangout space with their friends to play pool, air hockey, and video games. My husband and I use it to play pool and cards with friends and I have my workout machines and weights down there. It is like having another house that we wouldn't be able to use if it wasn't for Everdry!!!!
