I purchased a 10 year old, lake home, in Michigan. Shortly after the purchase a problem with a wet crawlspace appeared. A severe problem . . bad enough that it threatened the health and stability of my new home. Everdry gave me an estimate that blew my mind . . much higher than I anticipated. I had an additional estimate by another company that was half the cost of Everdry ( the Everdry instector told me that if I got other estimates they would probably be half of what Everday was . . . and he was right.) I found previous Everdry customers who had work done 10 years ago. They agreed that their price was higher than any other companies estimate they had received. But, they were glad they had made the investment . . . it's the old "you get what you pay for" principle. So I went with Everday . . .they helped me with financing, they did the work ahead of schedule . . they were a pleasure to work with.
I mentioned that this was a lake house . . so the water table is very high. Three months after they completed the work the lake received so much rain that the water come to the edge of the house . . some water even got into my garage. During the entire 'flood water' experience I continued to check my crawl space . . . and I am thrilled to say that not one drop of water was in the crawl space . . . yes I said not "one" drop of water. My investment is already giving me peace of mind and support for the days ahead. Everdry's guarantee is amazing, and their customer service is professional and thorough. I highly recommend Everdry for any water issues in basements or crawl spaces.
