A year and a half after we purchased our home, we had a flood in our basement during the winter melt and spring rains. We had friends come over and help us remove the carpet, get the electric baseboard heat disconnected and off the floor, and remove the paneling from the walls. It was a mess, and we were devastated.
We found a lot of evidence of past problems once we were down to the floor and bare walls. Everdry came in and pursued a comprehensive plan to make certain we never had problems again. Their guarantee was the peace of mind we needed to redo the basement, and it is now beautiful!
We had a couple of quick fixes we needed immediately after the job was completed, and technicians were there to fix them the next day. Recently, we had a sump pump that needed repair, and the technician arrived within a couple of hours of the call, took care of the problem, and answered questions for us that were unrelated to their work.
Everyone we have dealt with is friendly and very helpful. This company costs more than some others, but I know the work is good, and the lifetime guarantee is what I need.
