Review content:
Called in late August to get an estimate on my sunroom roof. A few days later Steven came out and gave me an estimate. Seemed like a nice guy. Told him I wouldn't be ready to replace the roof till October. He gave me a card and told me to call when I was ready. I lost the card he gave me so I called the office for his#. I called his cell phone and he had no clue who I was. He Said did I give you a written estimate and I said no you gave me a verbal quote. He said they had been really busy and he took my name and address and said he'd get back to me. Said it would be 3 weeks till they could come do the roof. I said that was fine and asked if they could put a tarp on the area leaking. He said sure it would take a few days to get someone out. I totally understood they were very busy and was fine with that. Well its been 3 weeks since I called and he still has not called me back. I felt the phone call was strange and he came off kinda rude. Don't feel comfortable calling his cell phone.

Teresa, I am so sorry to hear that about Steven, he will be contacting you shortly to assure you that we will get this job done for you and done right....Please bear with us in this busy time of year we are up against weather every day leaving us little work time this time of year and have many people waiting on the schedule due to weather but rest assured your roof will be done beautifully and timely when that day approaches, again Steven will be contacting you shortly to assure you that you are on the schedule, please feel free to always call the office and leave word for Steven if you do not feel comfortable calling him directly but I assure you that line is specifically for his customers to reach him any time of day, thank you for your patience and we look forward to helping you get this matter taken care of for you.
