Let me just say that based on my ring's appearance, and the experiences my fiance and I have had (I went into the store with him on multiple occasions), we've decided to accept the ring as it is from Tuel Jewelers and take it elsewhere to spend more money to have it fixed.\r \r I did remove the long, detailed review because some of the things I wrote in my review were things that my fiance told me about when I wasn't there in person or on the phone to witness.\r This review will remain.\r Free speech. I am entitled to state my opinion, just as I am entitled to recommend other jewelry stores.\r \r We gave them a chance to fix the ring, but there are more things wrong with it. We are so fed up we'd rather spend more money to get someone else to fix it.\r \r We wish we read the reviews before going to Tuel. \r Make sure you get everything in writing!
