Review content:
Staff was fine when I was buying hamster. Saying she was not in good mood because she got woke up. She was very touchy but thought it was because she wasn't used to people. They didn't want us to take time to look at her just put her in box. Brought her home and she was making horrible noises. We bought her on Thursday afternoon. She passed away Friday night. I called store and they said bring receipt and body. Very calm but as as soon as I walked in store they blamed me for her death saying I fed her wrong food which I hadn't. They finially looked at her and said she had wet tail but they had their mind set when I first came in store. I didn't even want to leave her body there and their I'm sorry was so fake. Not going to help my kids grieve the death of the sick pet to begin with. Not the money that matters. I just pray no one else or the other animals there have to suffer because of them making a few bucks. Only giving 1 star because can't give ZERO
