Review content:
On Monday, 8/24/09 went in for a tire rotation and alignment and left with my car worse than when I brought it in. They not only did not rotate the tires, At ALL. But they did the alignment to the wrong specifications. They even gave me a copy of the tolerances sheet showing their mistake.
But worst of all is now my brake pedal sinks in because they wanted to sell me an expensive fluid flush and they screwed something up. They also tried to sell me a fuel system clean and an air filter when both were done just 2000 miles ago. Did they even look at the filter!?
These guys used to be good but now are so bent on selling uneeded services, that they don't pay attention to what they're doing. Now my car does need brake system work when it didn't when I brought it in. Needless to say, they won't be doing the work.
It's a shame because this used to be the place I trusted. Now I would never, ever recommend them to anyone.
