I was told to bring in the vehicle and it would be done within an hour or so,but they perfer for you to drop it off and come back incase it takes a little longer. So I dropped it off at 10, they call at 2 say it'll be ready in a hour. I drive all the way across town at 3:30 to pick up the vehicle and it's just then going in the bay. I can't wait so I have to leave and return to pick it up. When I voice my concern their excuse is, they're busy and sorry. Really? Poor time mangament, don't make promises you can't keep, and to keep your customers offer a more sincere apology! Never again!
