Review content:
Took the glass out of the car about an hour after my appointment time. It's about 3 hours after my appointment while writing this review and we are waiting for the part to arrive.\r
Not sure the purpose of making the appointment.\r
Found out that quoted price is different from final cost by 15% after taking my windshield out.\r
When asked why they took the car in if they did not have the part, she acted like why do I sound if my job was important.\r
Very unprofessional but then again, the oldest person of this shop of 6 is about 21 or 22.
Pros: Lower price but very substandard product.
Cons: Very bad service.
