Called at 9am.... made an appointment for 12:30pm, they told me it should take an hour....... showed up 10mins early...... and by 1:40 my vehicle still had not been touched at this point!!! I am busy in my day just like the next person, so if you have all day to hang out at Glass Masters then this is the place to get your windshield replaced at...... They have very poor time management skills and the blonde girl behind the desk is rude. If you would like prompt service I would suggest STOP-A-CRACK at 2500 block of n.w 10th.
