This letter is intended tell a story about my experience in dealing with D and H Air Conditioning and Heating, and hopefully help YOU not make the same mistake as I did. It has been the worst experience in quality, customer service and incompetence. They\r
lie, have no integrity and have bad service. All they care about is your money, and the reason I chose to have them install my new A/C system is because of their guarantees and my history of positive experiences with the present owners' grandfather.\r
They sized the system based on the square footage of my home, and as I later found out is not the correct sizing method. D and H over sized my system by 30+%. After the installation, the summer humidity levels in my home got up to 66% and warped my laminate wood floors. There was equipment failure within the first 6 months. There was a mess left behind with insulation and drywall dust all over. The return duct was not properly connected which caused dirty, dusty attic air to be sucked in
