Review content:
Had what looked like a few simple projects to add a latch and some closing springs to a couple of gates. On inspection, it ended up that the gate post wasn't straight so the latch install was not going to work. Patrick came up with a quick, creative solution and was able to get the gate latch installed without issue. He was also able to get a gate closure spring installed in a very narrow location that required a bit of work to get it tensioned properly. I appreciate the quick response to my service request, easy scheduling and the work was spot on.
