PC Smart One helped me again today when I accidentally downloaded Windows 10 on to my laptop. I did not want to upgrade from Windows 8 but Windows 10 installed by itself on my desktop and now on my laptop!!! I went to Box n Mail (PC Smart One is in that shipping store by Albertsons) and had the techs there rollback my system and it was very reasonable for all they repaired. Oh and a freebie! They gave me a backed up of my data on a flash drive! Great consultants, and the diagnostics correct. Last time they repaired my bad A/C power jack, so thanks again and I will be back.
