I started out with high hopes when i came here to rent over a year ago, but it has become a place i only hope to escape when our lease is up! The first management was friendly and made this place like a home, meaning they enforced important rules but did it in a polite and understanding way working with the tenant to make everyone safe and happy!!! That is why after 6 months i resigned for a year, and now the last two managements have made the place an unbearable place to live!!!! I pay rent, but it is not my home, and the reason; THE RULES CONSTANTLY ENFORCED ON SOME, EVEN THE SMALLEST RULE THAT MAKES NO SENSE, WHILE OTHERS BREAK THE RULES THAT ARE DANGEROUS AND SCARY TO OTHER RENTERS BUT THE MANAGEMENT SEEMS UNABLE TO ENFORCE THEM TO FOLLOW ANY RULES NO MATTER WHAT THE POSSIBLE OUTCOME!!
For example: As a rentor, who follows the rules, I am not allowed to have even a folding chair near my front door (front porch area) to rest my weary bones after work! Then on my back porch, I pay rent as part of my apartment, I am not allowed any undesignated back porch furniture or even any decorations not approved by management. I follow these rules as I am warned to or else. Then there is the pool which we pay higher rent to have, but which is closed every monday, also closed anytime they decide to add chemicals for 24 hours, and closed anytime it rains, day or night, which around here means every other day. In other words closed most of the time, then when it does open on weekends most renters cannot use it. It is overrun by large groups running,jumping, swearing, drinking alcohol from bottles with children around the pool, and fires cooking on the side of the pool with those running and jumping children!!! HOWEVER NO ONE STOPS THEM OR GIVES THEM THE ULTIMATUM I WAS GIVEN TO KEEP FURNITURE OR DECORATIONS OFF MY OWN FRONT PORCH!! I AM ONLY TELLING MY OWN EXPERIENCE!
