Upon arriving to Jacksonville NC, I believed in the honesty, integrity and the extraordinary level of expertise that CRI Present to the city of Jacksonville to have. I purchased my property on 110 Woodlake Court as an investment property and CRI has been managing it since 2004. \r \r My first concern is the professionalism executed by CRI as being advocates for me as the owner of the property. When we received the key to our property the house was absolutely out of regulation as far as being move-in ready for another entity to occupy it. \r \r Note: \r Exhibit A: There was an overwhelming amount of fleas dwelling within the property that overtook us when we arrived. We had to have the exterminator spray 2 times due to the amount of fleas here.
