Review content:
Was pleasantly surprised, called around noon and the owner was at our house that evening evaluating our needs. After discussing different needs, wants and issues with our old furnace and ducting I was handed a printout of 6 different options. We discussed the pros and cons. I made my choice and signed a contract. This was on a Monday night, on Wednesday morning at 8:30 the installation crew was backing into the driveway to install the furnace, air conditioning and filter stack. By 3:30 Wednesday afternoon we had heat. The crew came back the following week to finish the air conditioning installation.
I chose to do the air at a later date to allow for other people without heat to be service as it was in the mid 20's that week and I did not need the air.
We have had heat now for two weeks. We will have the county inspection next week at which time I will again meet with Kelly to go over any issues, needs or questions I may have. After all of this is finish I will then be asked for the payment. This blew me away, they did not have to order anything from the factory, it was all in stock and I was not asked for any payment up front. It has been a long time since I have had this kind of service with a smile.
