Review content:
An unexpected water tank emergency developed just after noon on Wednesday. One call to T. Webber and we had Luis on the spot within the hour. (We live in the boonies). An hour after that we had a new tank sitting in our driveway and by 6 pm we were back in business!! Efficient, careful, and thoughtful service! Also thanks to Dominic and Chris who helped to get the old tank up the stairs and the new one down - it was a challenge. The proactive manner in which Luis dealt with our emergency was a shining example of how the individual people in an organization can make or break a business.
