Able Heating & Cooling went above and beyond what I expected- about 4 or 5 times above! The customer service has been excellent; I couldn't ask for more. The most recent project they did for me involved some type of critter that was going under the house through the crack where the heating pipes go through the wall. Once I realized something had gotten under there, I called and asked them to come over and close up the hole. They sealed it up with a metal plate, but unbeknownst to anyone, they actually sealed the critter inside the wall! I heard it scratching under the floor that night, so I called them again and they came back out and removed the metal plate. We waited a couple of days to make sure it had left, and then I went in to examine the damage. It had torn up the duct work and insulation with its scratching, so I had them come back out to repair that. When they went down to do the repair I asked them to please check to be sure that it was gone. They repaired everything and assured me it was fine, and we got the metal plate sealed up again.
The customer service was absolutely wonderful. Sometimes in companies like this, some people are better than others with customer service, but with Able Heating & Cooling everyone is excellent. They have staffed and trained people very well- everybody I spoke with on the phone and every technician who came out was equally polite and helpful. They called ahead and confirmed when they would be there in 15 minutes, the technician was very courteous, and they did an excellent job. The price for the project was very good. I actually called around to get bids, and I was afraid of what the price would be, but Able had the best price and they were so fair about everything. I have them set up to come once a year to check out the heater and AC to be sure everything is running well. They came out several months ago and everything was fine. I would highly recommend Able Heating & Cooling to anyone, and I have already recommended them to my friends. They are prompt, courteous, thorough, and their pricing and customer service is excellent!
