Review content:
This store always has tons of employees milling about that can help you, unfortunately that's the last thing they usually do. The last time I was in there an employee almost hit me with a bean bag that he was throwing at his female co-worker behind the counter. This store has some positive attributes, but professionalism is definitely not one of them. I used to work down the street and visit this store often because I LOVE electronics but I can literally walk around in the store for an hour and nobody will ever ask me if I need help. The service has been bad since the store opened. I know they don't pay much because I tried to work here once and I also know the store manager who used to work at the local Home Depot down the street. If I am going to do a big electronics purchase from Best Buy, I am going to drive down to the Palo Alto store where I have consistently gotten prompt, courteous, professional service. I can't stand the employees at this store, no matter how cheap the price
