Definitely not somewhere I would go for computer parts or much of anything else. Their employees are not helpful and no I do NOT want your service plan or whatever else you are offering as an extra, please stop asking me. Maybe Best Buy should have their cashiers wearing a pin that says ask about our reward zone or service plans so that I don't have to keep hearing the same thing. Oh and if you do not have something that you advertise on your website you do don't have your rep lie to me about it. Avoid avoid avoid this place.
