i went into pick up prescriptions my husband had dropped off earlier. the tech acted like she was doing me a favor by waiting on me. Never spoke much less smile. we are new patients there. the pharmacist never looked up and when i heard her speak to another customer she was VERY difficult to understand and dumped the customer on the mamager as fast as she could. I am a pharmacist myself and I can tell you if I or anyone who worked for me treated patients like these 2 women did we'd be looking for new jobs. this experience just confirmed my impression of chain pharmacies. get em get em out. ZERO customer service. Not even thank you! we'll be transferring to an independent pharmacy even though it is not as convenient.
