My family has frequented this location for 2 years because we used Walgreens near our old house and it was convenient to just start going here upon moving. The level of service never has compared to our old Walgreens, but we stayed because it was easier to do that than to transfer our prescriptions (we have several through several different doctors). Yesterday morning our doctor called in a very important prescription for our baby and the pharmacist said it would be ready to pick up at 5pm (they are VERY slow at this location). My wife stopped by at a few minutes after 5:00 only to be told that they are out of that medication and we would have to wait until the next day to get it. Keep in mind that this is important medication for a baby, and now it is after 5pm and the doctor's office is closed, so we have no choice but to wait. They have all of our phone numbers and never bothered to call and tell us they were out, I imagine fearing they would lose the business to a pharmacy who
