Technician Paul was knowledgeable, polite and engaging. He explained what was needed and why. He was willing to give me more info about my heating system. In a time when providers do not take time and rush through their work Paul worked steadily answering any questions I had. He was very good about cleaning up after himself and left no mess. Thank you Paul.
