I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change at the Hoover-10 Mile location for an oil change. I had a coupon from the Warren Weekly newspaper, but I would have taken it there even without a coupon. I had been to this location in the past and have always admired the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mark who has taken care of my vehicles in recent visits. Mark always lets me know if there is something I should take care of, lets me know of any specials, i.e. air filters, wiper blades, etc. that they may be running. I've heard him on the phone talking with other customers and noticed how he always reassures the customer that he will take care of any issues the customer may have, and how he will try to save any parts he can to save the customer money. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Mark, but the coupon is appreciated.
