I called Horizon Svcs to repair a contactor in the outdoor unit of my heat pump. \r 1. I did not want to leave work so I asked to schedule for the next morning. I was told they could come late today when I got home. They came at 2 pm, called me at work and I had to leave early.\r 2. The driver ran me off the road leaving my house since he arrived before I could get home.\r 3. The tech knew nothing about my heat pump and told me the whole system needed to be replaced.\r 4. I was given a quote of $550.00 to replace just the contactor. Since then I received other quotes - the least expensive $139.00 and the most expensive $250.00. The unit is now repaired and working FINE. \r 5. They didn't want to take the coupon they printed in the phone book for a "Service Call" saying that it didn't cover a "Service Call". Since it was clearly a coupon for a service call, I called the service mgr. The tech then told me I got lucky and it was a misprint so they would honor it.\r 6. While finish
