I was impressed....first time service request. Technician was on time, with proper equipment. My Lansing Plumber was Mr. Ron Abbott and he was excellent. He quickly analyzed the nature of my plumbing problem and provided options to address the situation. He took the time to show and explain his actions while addressing my problem. Unfortunately, given the nature of my problem...crushed sump pump corrugated drain pipe with potential tree root complications under the sidewalk.....additional work will be required next Year.
