I had an emergency at 10 P.M. on a Friday night and a holiday weekend to boot! In my search for a Plumber in Lansing, I noticed that Roto-Rooter offered 24/7 service. Praise the Lord!! I called and they had ""Ron"" who was on call get right back with me. He was on a job but arrived in my home at 11. He was a super nice gentleman! Poor man looked dead tired but got the job done. I appreciate that it was one set fee and not an ""hourly"" rate as he spent two hours fixing my drain problem. He explained what he did, why I had the problem, the cause, etc, Plus...in our chatting I got a couple new recipes too! A lady can't beat that! Thanks a bunch Ron....you are a lifesaver as I was at my wits end and am now a happy camper. I would most definitely call Roto-Rooter in Lansing, MI again and again!!
