I give Able Heating & Cooling LLC five stars. I only have one minor suggestion (and maybe even my fault) about the pricing that was not given to me upfront before the work was done. The price turned out to be just fine, but just in case the price would have been out of the ordinary, I didn't know how much I'd have to pay. Again, this was just a minor detail.
As far as the technician, I called when my AC went out mentioning the earliest time would work better for me. He came to my house one our early (instead of eight in the morning), which worked out well for me because it gave me time to go to work. Definitely a five star rating all the way! I highly recommend this company; it's efficient and has great customer service. The technician educated me about my AC. In the end, the pricing was very reasonable. I learned maybe next time I'll just ask about the price instead.
