I have been into AAA several times getting ready to open a restaurant in Las Vegas and the staff has been helpful and are quite in tune to what works and what doesn't in Vegas. They gave me specific information on the Health Inspectors and offered to help lay out the restaurant kitchen at no cost. I have purchased a couple items for my other restaurant and the pricing was fantastic. Thank you! We will be back.
