Here it goes.We scheduled an appointment for a repair to a t v that was damaged by another company while at our home.John was very rude the first time he came out to my home.First off when he initially called I told him to schedule an appointment for another day because I wasn't even home from work yet .Believe it or not, when me and my kid got home with dinner in hand John from cor and sound knocks on my door to do my t v repair. Im like i know I told him today wasn't a good day.We had several other missed appointments,and times when John would think it's ok to show up at our home without calling.On the day of the last appointment he had the Berber to show up without calling and to park his van in my driveway.who does that.you would think after all this he fixed the t v.its still broke.thanks for nothing color and sound.
