Review content:
We have used the same heating and air company for about 30 years but Mr. Dependable has retired. Folks at our church recommended LimRic because they knew the owner and they've had great, recent service. I called to say we need new unit upstairs. House was built in 1890 and the present unit was installed by previous owner in 1989. Not an easy situation in an older home. Chris came today and assessed situation. The sales department will come tomorrow to discuss options. BUT.. we also had old Heil AC unit that serves only the living room area. New thermostat was installed about a year ago,, but the unit did not work several months later. He could have told us the unit was shot.. it's old... but... he examined the whole situation and found that the two AAA batteries in the thermostat needed to be replaced! Two new batteries and the unit works! That is reputable, experienced service!! We probably will be replacing it with a heat pump in the near future even though it is seldom used. Ten stars to Chris!! Feel certain we are now starting another long term professional relationship!! Thanks, LimRic! Best of luck in your new office/warehouse spaces!!! It's a positive addition to the Dorchester Road scenery!
