I would like to write about he Chicago Heights ,IL. Enterprise. They are a great bunch of people. I need to rent a auto for the week to go to my sons Air Force Trainee Graduation in Lackland, TX. All I had was my debit card and not my credit card. So the agent worked with us so my husband could go online to get a copy of our water bill for verification. They were very patient with me and my husband and finally we got everything that I needed to rent the car. They did not have the car we reserved but upgraded us to a large vehicle to drive. We are seniors and we needed a comfortable car to drive over 1300 miles one way. And then we were not going to get back in time for our due date so we called and they extended our contract 2 days. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends to use for their future car rental. In my neys and my husband Enterprise is # 1.
