Many of the reviews on this site reference legitimate concerns. My concerns are very much the same. There were quality issues and service issues. It comes down to ethical issues. The company misrepresents the quality and materials of its product and appears to care nothing for a customer after you leave the showroom. \r
The review by ridleyparkolivers is a perfect example of how this company does business. That is a review by an employee named Andy Oliver that worked at the Norristown location at the time of the review. I spoke to this sales person myself. I only found out later through efforts of my own how the owners make the workers submit reviews like that on many different sites.
