Worst service ever and I gave them many chances to get it right. Used them before and even though they were about three hours late they came. Had a leak in my sink yesterday at 4:00pm and called for emergency services. Said they will have someone there in one hour. Two hours later called to say guy still finishing up job but will be there at 8:30pm. At 9:30pm received a call to say cannot make it until tomorrow. Appt. set for 5:00pm next day with many apologies and promised to be there. At 6:00pm today they called to say they have no one yet and not sure when someone can come out. By now I am mad. Spoke to manager and asked what business are they running? Why put in false ads to say will services EMERGENCY but cannot keep a scheduled apt.? All he can said was he has no one. Save your time and get someone else if you need reliable services.
