The total experience has been 5-stars. Outstanding customer focus and service. Champion AC understands service after the sale.
From the very start before deciding to purchase our new replacement HVAC unit, Chris Stokes (sales) provided an informative and unbiased presentation of information. His previous experience as a service tech was a great plus. This is a no pressure sales. Chris gave you all the info needed to make your own informed research, comparisons, and final decision.
The old HVAC system demo and removal and new HVAC installation was outstanding. The demo and install team was professional and respectful.
The follow up and Spring service accomplished today was easy to schedule and completed in a professional and timely manner. Jonathan the service tech was personable and professional.
Finally, great to know that Champion AC is veteran owned.
